How do you charge for your time?
Our pricing is generally based on time. Our hourly rate is £25 plus VAT, and you only pay for the time you use. You can use our services as and when you need them, or you can have your virtual assistant on a retainer so you can keep on top of your business.
How can I control how long my VA spends completing their work?
We will always quote upfront before we start a piece of work, and we will keep you updated. You can specify a specific budget, which we can work within, and we will always keep you updated on our progress. We pride ourselves on always being open and honest and providing total transparency. We will keep you updated at every step of the way, in whatever way works for you.
What happens if my VA does not have the skills that I need?
Our 1 Virtual Admin PAs collaborate and are all trained to the same high standard. This means that you have access to a network of highly skilled individuals who can work together to complete a task.
